Soon after MEAN WELL announced the new generation miniature open frame type power supply ~EPS-45~120 series, in order to expand the product family and to further meet the long-term demands for energy saving and miniaturization of higher wattage open frame type power supply for IT and industrial related application markets; it is pleasing to unveil the new EPP-200 series which is pushing upward the output power to 200W on top of the original 4” x 2 “ footprint.
The features of this product are not only the miniature size, ultra low no load power consumption (<0.5W) and less-than-1U low profile design (only 29mm high) but also the outstanding anti-interference ability delivering EMI Class B for both Class I (with FG) and Class II (no FG) installation requirements of terminal end systems that it is well suitable for various power enclosures (such as plastic or metal) applications installed inside the system cabinets. Suitable applications include industrial electric equipments, electro-mechanical instruments, factory automation systems, or electronic devices which demand low no load power consumption.
